Salary: RM2500-RM300
Working Days: 5 days, 2 days off
Location: Ara Damansara
Job Duties:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Escalate unresolved problems to relevant departments.
- Maintain product knowledge and assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma.
