Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Air and Sea Freight Forwarding department. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication and customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment status, delivery times, and product availability.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of freight forwarding activities.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer database and update customer information as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
