Job Description
Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and other online platforms.
Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries from customers.
Continuously identify work process improvements.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and provide recommendations.
Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
