Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing business requirements in freight forwarding operations. Key duties include coordinating import and export shipments, handling customer inquiries, assisting in permit declarations, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in the freight forwarding industry, and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month.
