Job Description
Company: EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd
Position: Customer Service
Salary: RM 200 – RM 2500 (Depending on experience)
Working Location: Petaling Jaya
Tenure: 6 months (Renewable basis/Converted to permanent)
Job Descriptions:
- Professionally and accurately handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries and complaints about the company’s products and services
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, and processes
Qualification:
- Minimum SPM holder
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM 2,00.00 – RM 2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
