Job Description
Greetings from Eteams Work Force! We are currently hiring local Malaysians for the position of Customer Service Chat Support. This role requires proficiency in both Malay and English languages.
Job Details:
- Salary: RM2025 basic + RM300 KPI allowance + RM300 shift allowance
- Shift: Between 8am – 12am (8 hours login)
- Work Place: Cyberjaya, Selangor
- Job Type: Permanent
- Education: SPM & above can apply
- Experience: No experience required (Call Center experience is an added advantage)
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35WPM
- Project: E-commerce Project
About the Job:
- Job Role: Providing assistance to customers via calls, chats, and emails regarding order tracking, product information, and warranty claims
- Benefits: 19 Annual Leaves, 11 Paid Holidays (Working on Public Holidays will be entitled to double pay), EPF, EIS, SOCSO, AIA Insurance Coverage, and more
- Walk-in Drive Details: 10th January, Cyberjaya, Selangor (Face to Face interview)
