Job Description
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Work closely with warehouse on order Fulfilment, Problematic Order and Product Replacement. Require good communication skills in English and BM. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the customer service field.

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
