5.5 working days (Monday- Saturday)

Job description:
- Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer messages through online platforms.
- Provide customers with a good level of service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle and address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer customers’ inquiries about the company’s product details and resolve customers’ concerns promptly.
- Update required data in the database system.
- Support general operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a diploma or higher education.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Good computer skills such as MS Office is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility with your work, positive working attitude and a strong team player.
- Being attentive, proactive and willing to learn.
