Job Description
Position: Customer Service (Credit Management/Collector)

Contract base: 6 months
Location: Sunway Velocity, Work in office (October onwards) / September start at Subang Parade
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am to 6:00pm / Saturday alternative / Sunday off day
Basic Salary:
- Degree holder – RM 2500 – RM 2700
- Diploma – RM 1800 – RM 2100
- SPM – RM 1600 – RM 1700
Incentive: Group & Individual up to RM 100
Statutory Benefits: Based on EA + EPF + SOCSO
Job Description:
- Responsible for individual collection results.
- Advise customers on timely payments.
- Reminder for payment due dates.
- Respond to customer requests based on requirements.
- Maintain customer service and company image.
