Job Description
- To be the main point of contact for customer feedback for all channels and permanently maximizing customer satisfaction.
- To collate review and create MI Data spreadsheet with analyses and highlight key areas for business improvement.
- To identify and develop new incentives to ensure TFP has industry-leading customer service.
- Point of contact for all customer feedback via social media and email, including HQ phone line.
- Oversee all customer complaints and ensure resolution is completed within the required service level agreement.
- To effectively communicate with Store Operations Teams, specifically Store Managers, to resolve current and historical issues relating to Customer Service.
- To assist the Customer Service and Compliance team with administrative work when required.
- To track and report Customer complaint resolution times and quality of response.
- To assist the Customer Service and Compliance team with training when required.
- To assist with Auditing of all outlets including outstation as and when required.
- To adhere to and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Independent and ability to work as a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and volatile environment and be a team player.
- Candidate must possess own transport with a valid driving license.
