Job Description
- Customer service for daily transportation. Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests for services.
- Handle and resolve customer’s complaints and issues.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are being monitored and well-coordinated.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Generate all necessary job files and reports for transport operation.
