Job Description

Ability to multi-task and manage meeting schedule

Assist in the company’s training according and direct them

Handle clients and assist to direct to the correct department when they call and/or visit the company

Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Knowledge in MS office

Conversational in English and one other language: Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin/Tamil

Prior IT call center working experience would be a great advantage

Able to work shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
