Job Description

Role : Customer Service Chat Support (Malay + English)
Project : E-Commerce
Type : Permanent
Location : Cyberjaya, Selangor
Qualification: SPM and Above (Added advantage if have Call Center Experience)
Working Hours: From 8AM – 12AM (9 hours only) Will be rotated
Working Days: Monday – Sunday / 5 Days in a week (On rotational includes Weekend)
Off Days: 2 Days (On Rotational)
Salary : RM2,025 basic + RM300 KPI Allowance
Have 4 shifts :
8am-5pm
9am-6pm
2pm-10pm
3pm-12am
Job scope :
– Handle all incoming inquiries on client’s products, technologies, programs, policies and services.
– Able to handle inquiries via all media channels both inbound, chat and email tickets.
– Support for English and Malay language
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,065.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
