Job Description
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers
- De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers
- Call clients to inform about new products and services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and product usage
- Review customer accounts and provide updates
- Collaborate with team to improve customer service
- Help train new employees on customer management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
