Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all customer inquiries in a quality manner.
  • Manage marketplace live chat, emails, and answer customer’s pre-sales related inquiries, including inventory and payment status checking, and product issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Products, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Follow up on orders from placement to delivery, and provide after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate system records and monitor inventory transactions to ensure sufficient stock for customers.
  • Handle daily and ad hoc assignments to meet KPI targets, including driving sales and assisting with online marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports to supervisors, ensuring data integrity.
  • Handle complaint handling and provide insights to improve the e-commerce experience.
  • Report on Customer Service performance.
  • Communicate with brand representatives to understand their needs for the online store platform.
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned by managers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in the relevant field of study or equivalent level qualifications.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry.
