Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling all customer inquiries in a quality manner.
- Manage marketplace live chat, emails, and answer customer’s pre-sales related inquiries, including inventory and payment status checking, and product issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Products, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Follow up on orders from placement to delivery, and provide after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate system records and monitor inventory transactions to ensure sufficient stock for customers.
- Handle daily and ad hoc assignments to meet KPI targets, including driving sales and assisting with online marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and generate sales reports to supervisors, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle complaint handling and provide insights to improve the e-commerce experience.
- Report on Customer Service performance.
- Communicate with brand representatives to understand their needs for the online store platform.
- Perform ad hoc projects assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in the relevant field of study or equivalent level qualifications.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry.
