Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Deliver superior customer experience at all times
- Strict adherence to company’s SOP and meeting of KPIs set by the company
- Respond to customers’ emails complaints / inquiries within stipulated time set by the management
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by the company / management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
