Job Description
Location: Sungai Buloh
Salary: RM2,00
Address: Lot 46, Jalan BRP 9/2, Putra Industrial Park, Bukit Rahman Putra, Sungai Buloh, 4700 Selangor.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in manufacturing environment under sales support/logistic/customer service/supply chain.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing EPR Oracle system will be an added advantage.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from customers and liaise closely with manufacturing and operation team.
- Handle logistic (local & export) and ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
- Provide goods after-sales services and tracking and collection of packaging materials from customers.
- Manage all customers’ inquiries, shipment delivery, label status, PO, and quality-related issues.
