Job Description
Setia Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to enhance our client relationships and assist in managing customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main liaison for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Managing order processing, returns, and complaints efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal departments to meet delivery timelines.
- Proactively communicating order progress and shipment details to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
