Job Description
Job Scope:
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to convey important information clearly and effectively
- Train and guide the team to provide solutions in any situation
- Follow up and resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Promote high teamwork and support smooth operations
- Delegate responsibilities and monitor ongoing projects
- Confident, proactive, and willing to take on workplace challenges
- Great listening skills and able to take direction from higher-level positions
- Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership and initiative
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in customer service or careline
- Team Leader experience
- Possess a diploma or equivalent
- Committed and responsible person
- Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software
- Expert in Excel
- Fast learner and able to quickly apply new ideas
- Preferably female candidates
- Malaysian citizens only
- Fully vaccinated
- Must possess own transport
