Job Description
Responsible for job opening in the system and preparing all required documentation such as commercial invoices, bill of lading, and customer declarations.
Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies for timely submission of necessary documents.
Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, collaborate with other departments to resolve documentation issues, and ensure timely completion of all paperwork.
Provide excellent customer service, process shipments efficiently, and work closely with customers.
