Job Description

Responsible for opening jobs in the system and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared, including commercial invoice, bill of lading, customer declaration, and other paperwork.

Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies to submit required documents accurately and timely.

Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including documentation, payment receipts, and relevant information.

Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to resolve any import and export documentation issues.

Work closely with customers to ensure efficient processing of shipments, provide excellent customer service, and resolve documentation-related issues promptly.

Ensure all documentation is completed before job closure.
