Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for opening jobs in the system and preparing all necessary documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customer declarations.
Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies to ensure timely submission of required documents.
Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve documentation issues.
Work closely with customers to ensure efficient shipment processing and excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of work experience, preferably female.
Must be willing to learn, work hard, and possess good organizational skills.
BENEFITS
Basic salary of RM1,800.00 with expected monthly salary range of RM1,800.00 – RM1,900.00.
