Job Description
Responsible for opening jobs in the system and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, customer declarations, and other paperwork.
Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies to submit all required documents accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including documentation and payment receipts.
Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to resolve import and export documentation issues.
Work closely with customers for efficient shipments processing and excellent customer service, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and resolution of documentation-related issues.
Ensure all documentations are completed before job closing.
