Job Description
Responsible for opening jobs in the system and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, customer declarations, and other paperwork.
Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies to ensure timely submission of all required documents.
Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including documentation and payment receipts.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve import and export documentation issues.
Work closely with customers to ensure efficient processing of shipments and provide excellent customer service.
