Job Description
Responsible for opening jobs in the system and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, customer declarations, and other paperwork.
Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies to submit all required documents accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate records of import-export transactions, including documentation and payment receipts.
Collaborate with departments to resolve import-export documentation issues.
Ensure efficient processing of customer shipments and excellent customer service.
Completion of all documentations before job closing.
