Job Description
Responsible for opening job in the system and preparing all necessary documentation such as commercial invoice and bill of lading.
Communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies for timely document submissions.
Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions and work with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
Ensure efficient processing and excellent customer service for shipments.
Completion of all documentations before job closing.
