Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist on incoming calls / email / CRM system enquiries.
- To help in arranging request the spare parts for installation, service, or repairing.
- Arrange schedule for installation and service for Site technician/installer.
- Help indoor technician to prepare document on service sets repair and contact customer accordingly.
- Help maintaining the cleanliness at counter area, show room area, service area.
- General documentation – sales order, filling, service report book,
- To email / issue Sales Order to Finance Department and follow up for Delivery Order / Invoice issuance.
- To update service schedule timetable timely
- To assist on warranty registration, renewal for servicing, update new leads in system.
- To assist on courier documents to customers
- To assist and manage the day-to-day receptionist work.
- Assist in indoor plant maintenance arrangement.
- To extract and compile file for Hvls service + Ventilator products.
- To perform any assignments as required and when required.
Requirements:
- Required skills: Computer literature, good communication skills-English and interpersonal skills.
- Details oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably with experience in customer service environment
- Experience in MS Office 365 / Zendesk / Hubspot would be added advantage.
- Minimum Diploma, STPM or equivalent.
- Office is based in Jalan Sungai Long, Kajang.
