Job Description
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing effective and efficient services to our customers, ensuring their ultimate experience with the Company. You will work closely with the Operations and Sales departments to deliver consistent customer service information and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Key Activities/Accountabilities
- Attend to calls or emails from customers regarding shipment bookings and inquiries
- Enter customers’ shipment bookings into the system with accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Operations to provide status updates on shipments to customers
- Proactively update customers through phone or email when necessary
- Follow up with agents for daily shipment status updates
- Manage outstanding undelivered consignments and arrange for redelivery
- Prepare KPI reports for submission to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the company
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- SPM/Diploma holder in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
