Job Information

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating, order handling, processing, and monitoring of customer orders.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Assist in incoming calls or enquiries on problems/complaints.
• Perform customer verifications.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
• Ensure all technicians receive Work Orders from CBRE & Petron.
• Create Work Orders in DIMO system.
• Close jobs in MyWork System.
• Email for Escalation, Joint Visit, Cancel Work Order to CBRE & Petron.
• Receive CMR from technician Central region and do filing.
• Prepare & submit Complete Not Bill (CNB) Billing to Finance monthly.
• Prepare CBRE Lump Sum part and ad-hoc documents from CBRE approval.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
