Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating, order handling, processing, and monitoring of customer orders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Assist in incoming calls or enquiries on problems/complaints.
- Perform customer verifications.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
- Ensure all technicians receive Work Orders from CBRE & Petron.
- Create Work Orders in DIMO system.
- Close jobs in MyWork System.
- Email for Escalation, Joint Visit, Cancel Work Order to CBRE & Petron.
- Receive CMR from technician Central region and do filing.
- Prepare & submit Complete Not Bill (CNB) Billing to Finance monthly.
- Prepare CBRE Lump Sum part and ad-hoc documents from CBRE approval.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
