Job Description
- Handle customer’s inquiries, provide solutions and ensure best customer’s satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Live chat + email
- Work in Cyberjaya
- Shift from 8am-5pm, 3pm-12am
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
