Job Description
1. Dealing with customers who want to register their children for tuition classes.
2. Handle WhatsApp inquiries from potential customers. Answer sales-related questions following the sales script. Close sales based on set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Follow up with parents who are late in making fee payments according to the specified dates.
4. Update student attendance daily in the system.
5. Update payments and sales weekly.
6. Address any inquiries from parents regarding their children’s fee payments.
