Job Description

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Executive to enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage calls, conduct inspections, prepare reports, and ensure operational efficiency while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Apple products is a plus. Location: 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
