Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls professionally.
- Providing efficient responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolving order and parcel issues.
- Sharing promotional information proactively.
- Handling complaints with care via email and calls.
- Tracking customer service KPIs and feedback.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month

Experience: 2 years in customer service required. Language: English and Bahasa.
