Job Description
Role Details:
- Initial 12-month contract (extendable)
- Location: First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Description:
- Provide quality customer support through LiveChat and Digital channels.
- Monitor communication channels and respond promptly.
- Gather feedback, report issues, and perform ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply and start immediately.
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Relocation: Required before starting work in Petaling Jaya.
