Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd, located in Bukit Tinggi, Klang.

Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 4,00 per month

Job Requirements:

• Execute booking and pre-booked volumes with customer-appointed ocean liners.
• Secure vessel space and liaise with relevant teams.
• Manage delivery issues and follow up on invoices.
• Prepare shipping documentation as needed.
• Liaison with customers regarding shipments.
