Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transition for accuracy
- Create POD from WMS system & ASP system
- Open dockets from operations for every completed job task.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Have warehouse experience, including monitoring operations, palletizing, preparing damage reports, documenting damages with photos, and reporting via email.
- Possess problem-solving skills.
- Manage daily operations & Administration.
- Responsible of complete order fulfilment
- Responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedules – (outbound – picking, packing, shipping order)
- Prepare & create manual orders.
- Handle calls and emails received from customers.
- Document fillings ensure proper documentation archiving.
- Manage a team of warehouse assistants on work schedules and ensure the team maintains operational excellence. Supervise and control order packing goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
KEY SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a SPM qualification or Diploma in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
