Responsibilities:
- Effectively and customer-oriented problem-solving
- Handle calls and inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
- Manage customer feedback and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates/SPM graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work on weekends
