The Customer Service – Call Center position will be based in Subang Jaya, USJ 1 (walking distance from BRT station – South Quay / USJ 1). You will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls from customers and service agents in a professional and friendly manner.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide consultative customer support through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, social media, and webchat/live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field of study.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital applications is a plus.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: RM15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
