Job Description
Join Worldwide Holdings as a Customer Relationship Management Executive at our HQ in Seksyen 13, Shah Alam. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between developers and purchasers, managing inquiries and complaints during the handover and defect liability period. Your responsibilities include overseeing defect management, issuing official updates, and maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience in the Property Development industry. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential.
