Job Description
1. To perform administrative and clerical functions.
2. Manage customer service experience by creating a supportive customer satisfaction work environment (e.g. welcome, greet, and direct customers, offer refreshments).
3. Prepare and provide Customer Service Analysis report:
- a) Customer Focus Compliance Analysis
- b) 72 Hours callback
- c) Complaint Analysis
- d) CSI Trend Analysis
- e) To prepare Minutes of meeting (MOM)
- f) Other reports assigned by the Service Managers
4. Perform all operational tasks as per company policy guidelines.
5. Handle, track, and resolve customer complaints.
6. Manage the service appointment system.
7. Update customer complaints within 24 hours and ensure daily tracking and updates.
8. Participate in required process improvement teams and project/task forces assigned by the Service Manager.
