A Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. They serve as a bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products/services.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
