Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Insurance and Sales teams for client retention.
- Address inquiries from walk-in customers and calls.
- Maintain customer files and assess satisfaction levels.
- Support Customer Relationship and Marketing events.
- Handle administrative tasks including quotations and collections.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree; fresh graduates welcomed.
- Preferred customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
