As a Customer Operation Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibility is to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may have, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
You will serve as the frontline support for customers, handling incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. You will listen attentively to customers’ concerns, identify the root cause of problems, and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
