Job Description
Job Highlights:
- Customer Experience Support for the Automotive Industry
- Contact and Permanent Positions Available
- Position will be based in Sunway/Subang
Job Description:
- Execution of outbound calls to customers on service experience and follow up on services
- Able to prompt customers to share service experience and highlight cases to the superior
- This role may also handle inbound calls from customers on sales/aftersales enquiries
Job Requirements:
- Language Proficiency in English and Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Min 1-2 years in Customer Service, email, and live chat teams
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office and using case management software
- Able to adapt to the contact centre working environment & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours.
Job Type: Contract/Permanent
Contract length: 6 months – Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
