Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to oversee our Service Desk team at Logicalis in Cyberjaya. In this role, you will ensure exceptional service delivery to our managed service customers. Your key responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, conducting performance reviews, and monitoring key service metrics. You will also act as the escalation point for critical operational issues and host regular team meetings to promote a collaborative environment.
