Job Description
Nityo Infotech is seeking Malaysian citizens for the position of Customer Care Representative. Ideal candidates should be:
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese
- Proficient in writing traditional Mandarin
- Have a basic understanding of English
- Open to shifting schedules (Onsite for the first 3 months, WFH possible after probation based on performance)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide outstanding voice and email support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally
- Document interactions and follow up on cases
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract. Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM77,77.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and professional development.
