Job Description
Nityo Infotech is seeking Malaysian citizens for the position of Customer Care Representative who fulfill the following requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Ability to write in Traditional Mandarin
- Basic English proficiency
- Open to shifting schedules (initial 3 months onsite, possibility for WFH thereafter based on performance)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Your responsibilities will include providing voice and email support, answering customer inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and documenting customer interactions. A full-time contract (12 months) offers a salary of RM2,500.00 – RM77,77.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and professional development.
