Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
Responsibilities include answering customer queries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling complaints effectively. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role.
If you are passionate about helping customers and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
