Job Description
MyMedic Innovation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entertaining complaints, updating the complaint system, conducting site visits, and preparing investigation reports.
Additionally, you will prepare weekly KPI reports, support research and development, conduct market surveys for new products, and assist in tender submissions.
Requirements include a recognized university diploma/degree in Occupational fields, at least 1 year of related working experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. A personal transport is essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month.
