Job Description

Location: Sek 13, Petaling Jaya

Job Scopes:

• Engage with presales and post-sales inquiries via phone, email, and microsites.
• Ensure timely response to all inquiries across multiple digital platforms.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve order and delivery complaints.
• Create leads for the Sales team and proactively inform customers about order status.
• Advocate for customers on digital platforms to enhance engagement.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1 year in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
